Differently able students awarded on International Deaf Day

Thirteen speech and hearing impaired children from Mahaveer School for Deaf and Dumb and Helen Keller Binapani School for Deaf, Blind & Mute of Bhadrak district were awarded for their extraordinary talent in various fields.
